We’ve been inspired by intrepid world traveler and blogger Holly Torpey to get rid of our .mac website (too expensive, bad tech support) and to create a WordPress blog about Owen so you all can keep up with his progress for a sleepy little peanut to a cruising toddler.
We’re at the 3 month mark right now, and Owen’s reaching for and grabbing things, drooling quite a bit, and carrying on pretty intense cooing conversations with us. No, he’s not sleeping through the night yet, but he’s waking up only twice, once around 2 AM and then again around 5 AM, so Mom and Dad are able to string together between 6-7 hours of sleep at night.

Thanks so much for the photo site – he’s adorable…..seeing him with the toys I can’t help but notice your long fingers Jon. I wish we lived closer – you just keep telling him about his McDonald clan!! We’ll keep sending pictures of his cousins so he has a McDonald photo book.
Hopefully we’ll see you soon – you’re always close in thoughts!

Hey Jon and Megan! I’m so glad to see this site cause i’ve been searching for the sane lunatic one and couldn’t find anything…I’ve also been meaning to call…every day blurs into the next which I’m sure you understand. But I will surprise you one of these days!
Anyways, LOVE the photos. So funny about the bath … Owen might not ever live down those 1st bath photos! Next summer you’ll probably have to pry his hands off the sides of the kiddie pool! He is a DOLL and I can’t wait to meet him.
